| Haags programma ‘Road to Summit’ van start | ||
| Terwijl de stad zich opmaakt voor de komst van de NAVO-top, is in aanloop ernaartoe een Haags programma: de Road to Summit. Tot eind juni zijn er activiteiten en evenementen over vrede en recht. Er zijn lezingen, exposities, films en creatieve wedstrijden voor iedereen in de stad. Den Haag biedt als internationale stad van vrede en recht met Road to Summit een open podium met ruimte voor reflectie en open gesprekken. Road to Summit is een collectief initiatief vanuit de gemeente Den Haag in samenwerking met Humanity Hub, Just Peace en andere partners, Haagse organisaties, scholen en culturele instellingen in de stad. | NAVO door Nederland-tour De NAVO door Nederland-tour is ook begonnen. Deze tour reist langs verschillende steden in Nederland. Burgemeester Jan van Zanen, minister van Buitenlandse Zaken Caspar Veldkamp, minister van Defensie Ruben Brekelmans en directeur van de Atlantische Commissie Anna van Soest openden de tour officieel in het World Forum tijdens de jaarlijkse The Hague International Model United Nations (THIMUN). | The Hague’s ‘Road to Summit’ program kicks off | ||
| Until the end of June, there will be activities and events in the city about peace and justice, such as lectures, exhibitions, films, and creative competitions for everyone in the city. As an international city of peace and justice, The Hague offers an open stage with space for reflection and open conversations through the Road to Summit. This program is a collective initiative from the municipality of The Hague in collaboration with Humanity Hub, Just Peace, and other partners, including local organizations, schools, and cultural institutions. | NATO across the Netherlands The NATO Across the Netherlands Tour has started as well. This tour travels to different cities in the Netherlands. Mayor Jan van Zanen, Minister of Foreign Affairs Caspar Veldkamp, Minister of Defence Ruben Brekelmans, and Director of the Atlantic Commission Anna van Soest officially opened the tour at the World Forum during the annual The Hague International Model United Nations (THIMUN).
